Pros: Easy Paring, OK sound quality
Cons: Earhook and earpiece broke off, rendering the product useless. One botton often redialed instead of shutting down. Very poor customer support from LG

Cons: Low caller volume, quality
Summary: Headset seemed okay at first. People I called reported hearing me well -- except for windy and some driving situations. I consistently had trouble hearing them through the earpeice and my hearing is not bad. Awkward placement of the volume control made adjusting volume hard while wearing. Headset started malfunctioning after a month resulting in lots and lots of static heard by the person I was calling. Time and other reviews will tell if this was a fluke or if quality is a general concern.
