LG has been really good about putting out plenty of Bluetooth headsets to go along with its wide array of phones, and the LG HBM-760 is just one of many. Its shape and form factor is similar to most of the other LG headsets, with a slight twist in design. Also, it's one of the more affordable headsets on the market at only $59.99.
The LG HBM-760 is similar in shape and size to most of the other LG headsets. Measuring 1.74 inches long by 0.75 inch wide by 0.37 inch thick, the HBM-760 has slightly curved edges and a shiny blue exterior with a silver border trim along the top. The multifunction button is subtly located on the top third of the device, with the blue LED directly on top of it. While the button itself is completely flat with the headset's surface, it's still easy to press, even when the headset is worn on the ear. However, we do wish the LED was located elsewhere, as the LED is not viewable when the button is pressed.
On the back of the headset is the typical in-ear style earpiece with a rubbery earbud cover. We didn't think it felt as comfortable and as snug as we would like, perhaps because of the earpiece's slightly hard edges. There's also a thin, flexible ear loop, which can be rotated to fit either ear. We really like how thin it is, since it can accommodate eyeglass handles. A dedicated power key sits on top of the headset, the volume rocker is on the left, while the charger jack is on the right. We like having a dedicated power key, so that there aren't too many functions associated with the aforementioned multifunction button.
