"Doesn't like the rain"
Pros: Battery life was good
Cons: Had problems with the earpiece slipping.
Summary: It was fine, purchased it November 21st and was good, a little slippage but that's a problem with me.
Didn't do well with first rainstorm of the year.
December 15th in the 2nd rainstorm in California for december, stepped out of my vehicle and the rainfall was enough to kill the earpiece before I got into my home, less than 1 minute.
Waited 24 hours with the earpiece is a warm place to dry out - plugged in the charger and left for 24 hours - the unit is dead - the charge light lights but the headset does not power up.
Was told my customer service rep that the warranty doesn't cover water damage to the headset.
I admit it was really heavy rain but I didn't expect that I had to buy a little umbrella to protect the headset.
Looks good though but just a nice little shelf setter these days.
