Pros: -Elongated body design for better reception of voice.
-Three mics built-in.
-Ringtone can be heard by the user on the headset even if the phone is on vibration mode.
-Cheap in price, but outstanding in built quality.

Summary: The size of the unit my be a problem for some users, but if you have use Plantronics, motorola, samsung, and so on headsets before(famous for being BIG)l then, this is the headset for you. The size of the unit is understandable because the closer the mic is to your mouth the better voice quality(output) your recipients will hear, which is the purpose of a bluetooth headset(be heard). Bottom line, Solid built quality is undeniable.

Pros: I like the strong voice quality in both directions, and the effective noise cancellation. It has been redesigned to use a tactile button in place of the touch sensor mentioned in the review, and the rubber is no longer an in-ear plug.
Cons: The ear clip snaps onto the unit and pivots. It has loosened up a bit and sometimes comes detached when I am attaching the phone. They include a spare.
