Cons: The left speaker regularly shorts out an dies in a very short period of use.
Summary: I have, in a 12 month period of time, purchased two of these headsets. Both headsets, within a 2 month period of time, have lost sound to the left speaker (the side with the microphone) and the first headset lost microphone quality 3 months into ownership. I only use this product for Skype conversations and am super meticulous about taking care of my belongings. I have had the first headset replaced by Logitech only to receive another (3rd) headset which lost sound to the left speaker within 6 weeks of use. Logitech, I tried to stick it out...

Same happened with mine. I have a friend who was surprised when I said it, cause the exact same thing happened to him. The left side died.

I couldn't agree more. I've bought this headset no less than 6 times (initially for myself, then a family member). All of them developed the left speaker intermittently not working issue. The last two RMA replacements that came from logitech had the left speaker defect on arrival.
