Pros: Hangs up and answers calls without problems. Really interesting design w/ the storage case/charger.
Cons: I purchased this item and then send it back two times. The first one never charged, and when the replacement was received, the sound quality was terrible. I couldn't use it while driving, as I couldn't hear the call--even when volume on both the headset

Pros: good value once you find it on the net, and other then looking like something out of a star trek movie, it works pretty good. headset's mic did stop working, but logitec had no issue with sending me a new one.
Cons: a little bulky, and paying 99 dollor retail seems expensive.

"Like it but its not as robust as i need."
Pros: Call quality has been good set up was easy after I read the manual. It linked up to a Audiovox SMT5600 smart phone that at the time no one else could figure out what it was.
Cons: Broke the ear clip off within a month, repaired, now 4 times. Now broke the boom mike off. not repairable.
