  • "Not good with iPhone 4S. Volume is always Max"
    on by avg_guy

    Pros Size, Fit, battery life
    Case will extend battery life
Once connected in a call its awesome sounds as good as speaking directly on the iPhone 4S

Cons Case - You cant charge the receiver with out it - non standard connector on the bluetooth device itself.

Volume control - non existent. Every time the unit is turned on the volume is set to Maximum

Interface to Siri - Volume is not controllable.

Summary I want this unit to work so bad. It fits my ear. I've tried Blue Ant and Jawbone. Neither work for me as they do not fit in my ear.

  • "Poorly made and NO WARRANTY SUPPORT."
    on by rlsperberg

Pros When it works, its ok, except that pushing the answer button often pushes the device off the ear.

Cons It is poorly made and falls apart at the seam where the rubber neck meets the plastic receiver. Mine only lasted two months. Motorola refuses to own up to their poor workmanship and instead deny warranty coverage because they say it's "broken."

Summary Don't waste your money on a poorly made product.

  • "Ludicrous."
    on by whotookmyusername

Pros Tells you how much talk time you have when you turn it on.

Cons Bulky fit, finicky buttons, lousy volume control.

Summary This thing has a super-cool charging case, but that's the best part, unfortunately. It's bulky behind my ear, and I can't wear it at the same time as my sunglasses. The volume/mute "smart" button is tiny and doesn't offer enough control. Touching either of the buttons knocks the thing off my ear - it takes a whole-hand effort to hold it in place and push the button. Very hard to get sufficient volume to hear clearly in a slightly noisy environment (e.g. my Prius). I'm constantly inadvertently muting the thing when I'm trying to make it louder. People on the receiving end report voice distortion. It's a cool-looking device, but completely unusable for me. (And note: it's cool-looking in your hand; on your ear, it makes you look like Prince Charles.)

  • "Awful.Dont waste your money."
    on by irish1973

    Pros cool case.

Cons Pretty much all the features it advertised on the box do not work.

Summary Terrible sound quality. I paired this with 2 phones seemed ok for about 2 days but now will not stay connected to either phone. Poor design, you knock it out of place trying to answer it. When its connected (which is rarely) the sound quality is very poor. The noise cancellation is non existent. This piece of useless junk is going back to the store. Back to jawbone for me.

  • "High hopes dashed. Great concept - terrible execution."
    on by phowe43

    Pros Fits nice. Not intrusive.

Cons Callers report that they can't hear me; I sound like I'm in a fishbowl; Too much background noise or interference.

Summary Great concept but needs a lot of work. My bad...I should have waited until it was tested more.
