"Great choice and highly dependable"
4.0 starson by stascia769Pros: Lightweight, great sound on both sides of a call, easy to set up and use
Cons: Replacement ear hooks are rough to wear. Motorola should drop the packaging down a notch and make the backup hooks the same type and quality as the first.
Summary: This is my first bluetooth headset. I picked it for three reasons - don't have to wear it fitting in my ear, blocks background noise and small enough to be mostly hidden by my hair (sorry, this is probably a personal girl quirk). It is definitely worth it. Yes, the volume controls are small even with long, slender fingers, but it didn't take me long to get used to them. The sound quality is very good and the background noise cancellation is awesome. The biggest test for me was talking to someone with my dog barking in the background. It wasn't an issue for a change! I was looking at the H15 but I'm glad I spent the extra $20 for the hook and background noise cancellation.
The one thing I'm not thrilled with is the "replacement" hooks. They are completely different from the one that's installed. The quality is much lower. I have tried to locate the hook to order more but can't find it. Even Motorola's site doesn't seem to have it. if anyone knows where to find these, let me know!
My battery life has been great. Recharge time is short and painless. Easily pairs and connects.
I'm using this device with a Samsung Moment and highly recommend the combination.
