Cons: PACKAGING! They could make 3 of these with all the material used! Sound quality isn't great and it's slightly overpriced.

I completely agree! Minimize the packaging and they could drop the price 20 bucks... and save some fingernails lol

PACKAGING is right! When I got my first H17 in November, it was in standard plastic and tagboard packaging, a bit much, but on a par with other headsets being offered. My replacement headset received this month came in what I call cast-aluminum shell and bullet-proof plastic panels. Had a hard time opening it, and makes me shudder to think that it is all going to be landfill. What a waste.
