"Durable, but a little quiet"
Pros: Durable-survived washing machine & being dropped, convenient answering feature
Cons: A bit quiet (needs more volume) Feels loose on the ear
Summary: This is my first headset and I have had it for about 1 year. When my wife and I tested it in the house, the sound quality was fine on the other end of the call. Those with a little difficulty hearing have had more trouble hearing me when I use this than when I am not using the headset on the same phone. Positively, this thing does work and is great in the car. To answer a call, simply tap the large button. Calling from the unit is easy as well, again just tap the button. For the negative, it feels a bit loose on my ear, so it is not exceptionaly comfortable-but has never just fallen off either. My largest complaint is that the volume is a little low to me. I can hear it OK when on the highway (windows up), but you need to concentrate on listening. If it could be made just a touch louder, that would be nice. Another minor inconvenience is that it is easy to turn on. I don't like to just walk around with this in my ear, so I tend to turn it off and put it in my pocket. I have accidentally turned it on when in my pocket. This overrides my normal cell phone ringers, so you can miss calls. The extendable mic on other motorola models would address this issue.
