"Great for the wearer - horrible for the listener"
Pros: Comfortable and small
Cons: Terrible sound quality for person on the other end
Summary: This has been a long awaited product. When Motorola delayed the launch of the H5 it was due to sound quality issues. These issues were supposed to be resolved in the H9.
I have tested over 20 bluetooth headsets and this one has close to the worst sound quality for the person on the other end of the phone.
Many of us would happily sacrifice the sound quality for the wearer for good quality to the person you're speaking with - especially if you use your phone for business calls.
Motorola should be embarresed.
Stay away

Just purchased the H9 ...I am VERY disappointed in the QUALITY of the audio (in BOTH directions). Person to whom I am speaking says to me ... "it sounds as if you have a pillow over the mouth piece of your phone". It fits okay in my ear but what good does that do if you cannot communicate clearly with the person on the other end of the conversation? IT GETS RETURNED TOMORROW. TALK TIME AT 1.5 HOURS WAS WAY TOO SHORT TOO. My MAJOR beef would be the audio quality ...."Wow now that's an Oxymoron for sure" ... Motorola's Quality Control Department must have slept through this one. I thought they were suppose to have the short talk time & audio distortions worked out of the H9 ... sound is the same as the H5 (which Motorola saw fit not to release to the U.S. market due to all the problems I mentioned above. The H9 is the same as H5. The H9 might offer more talk time but audio quality still sux big time. My advice to you. Look elsewhere or wait for the next version of the MiniBlue to hit the marketplace. PASS ON THIS ONE ... ;O)
