Pros Great sound quality. Looks great. Fits great. Easy to use. Great controls.
Cons Reading the CNET review, you get a sense that this is a great headset for sports or jogging. NO!!! Sweat quickly kills this headset.
Summary Motorola did rollout a great headset. However, take this to the gym and your sweat will screw up the headset. Usually takes only 2 months of sweating with the headset, and it's no good. Issue: the controls on the sides stop working, cannot click to adjust volume or control other features. Worse, the headset alone will lower the volume if you click one (after sweat / wet affects headset) and continue lowering to zero.... and you cannot adjust it again. Best Buy tells me this is VERY common with no fix. I've bought 2 of these, hopeful thinker lol, and happened twice. Shopping for another solution. BEWARE.
Pros GREAT BUT WISH THE HEADPHONES WOULD HAVE COME WITH THE IPOD ADAPTER WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT THEM AT VERIZON. LOVE THE phone/stereo vice versa, controls, design, wear, water resistance, color RED, fit, lots of ear buds sizes, cool look, etc, etc, etc
Cons Not great for, .LYING DOWN AND READING, A BIT UNCOMFORTABLE some people also read ;) I WISH THEY WOULD GO FURTHER DISTANCE LIKE 900 PHONES DO, UPSTAIRS, for example.
Summary OVERALL, S9's ARE THE BEST BLUETOOTH STEREO HEADSET I'VE TRIED....INTENSELY DISLIKED jabra stereo dogtooth---too many parts and wires, not seamless, jawbone TOO EXPENSIVE for what you get...
Pros Earphones are lightweight and when worn correctly comfortable. Connection to the cell phones is acceptable with good range. Bluetooth adapter connects to the ipod and can be controlled to stop, pause ans start.
Cons Adapter does not stream music which was the reason for the purchase. Motorola wont help and wantitall.co.za says it will cost too much ship back to supplier. Therefore I am left with a useless gadget.
Earphones has an echo when receiving calls.
Summary The earphones are enjoyable as a wireless concept. However the bluetooth adapter is an ineffective piece of equipment. I have researched on other blogs and says that Motorola has taken back the adapters and replaced them because of incompatible software. However in my case Motorola just said send it back to the retailer which is WANTITALL. The retailer has spoken to their returns department which has said that it would costs us more than the product to ship back to supplier. It was my first experience ordering online and buying a non apple attachment for my Ipod Touch. It just may be my last. Need better guarantees when buying electronics.
