"Best Sound Quality Out There"
Pros: Sound quality, sound quality, sound quality
Cons: Getting used to earpiece, re-pairing with phone
Summary: I have tried at least 10 other Bluetooth headsets from Jabra, Motorola, and Plantronics, even the most expensive ones. To varying degrees, the outgoing sound quality always had a tin-like quality, wind-interference and significant amounts of static. The incoming sound quality on most of the other headsets was pretty good, even better than this.
This is the first that sounds remotely like a good quality wired headset. I use my phone for business calls. Therefore, outgoing sound quality was the most important issue for me. People I speak with do not even know I am using a cell phone. It also does an excellent job in noisy and windy environments.
The only major issue that I have is that the headset often loses its pairing with my phone. Once you get used to it, it is not difficult to re-pair with the phone. However, it is sometimes annoying. The other issue is that the device used a one size fits all earpiece. For those of us with large ears, it is difficult/impossible to make the speaker fit squarely in your ear. As others have written, this makes the incoming volume less than ideal. However, for me, it is not much of an issue.
I strongly recommend this device over any other device currently on the market. If you care about outgoing sound quality, this device is for you.
