Bluetooth connectivity to PCSummary: I loved this headset as long as it was connected to my phone. I'm not going to remark on how expensive it is other than to say that you get what you pay for, and this headset has many things going for it. However, when something so good fails at something so basic, it is more than just a little frustrating. I cannot get this headset to connect to my PC's bluetooth dongle, and a quick review of Nokia's forums indicate that I am not alone in this matter. I called Nokia's customer service, but they hung up on me, so that's a minus for them.
Well, it turns out that the problem was with the driver of the bluetooth usb dongle on my computer. Instead of using the manufacturer's driver, I downloaded the driver directly from the Broadcomm site and that fixed it.
I guess I wish I got just a tiny bit more than what I paid for.

It still would have been nice if Nokia had told me that instead of hanging up on me, but whatever. Honestly, the experience is typical of consumer electronics technical support, with the exception of Linksys, which has always been great.
