"Excellent for music playback, works great with iphone 4"
on by GinRummysPros Having tried multiple bt headsets of all styles this is the absolute best so far. It is very comfortable to wear and stays in even my goofy shaped ears. The sound quality is easily as good as my Sennheiser HD435 muff type headphones. I have had no trouble
Cons I paid $99.99 in Edmonton, Alberta. Our dolllar has been on par with the American for over a year now, why are we still paying double for everything? Free trade my ass.
This is my only con. All the others I have seen here are simply either not true or theSummary In closing, this is a near perfect unit. I used to view Plantronics products as mid to lower range in quality and price but this has obliterated that in my mind. They have gone way beyond the quality and usability of all other competitors. They don't block out ambient sounds as they advertise, which is a huge plus as far as I'm concerned. I wear them while driving and at work and need to be able to hear my surroundings for safety reasons and this product is perfect for that. If you want to block out the outside world buy some painful ear buds and deafen yourself.
My text in the cons has been mysteriously chopped. What I had fully written was; This is my only con. All the others I have seen here are simply either not true or the limitations of Bluetooth technology or the phone you have paired with. They work just fine while you are moving around within the 30' range of BT. If your voice sounds tinny blame your phone or the receiving one, the headset mic works great.

I am unhappy with the price differences within North America and yet I believe I paid a fair price for what I got. I paid the same for a motorola single ear clip-on style that absolutely sucked as well as a motorola sun visor clip-on that was garbage as well. Bravo Plantronics. -
"Almost useless, it moves too much."
on by kenilchattieroPros Wireless, (not even too much) compact
Micro usb to chargeCons Won't stay in place (when you wear it and when you don't wear it)
Buds easily unsealSummary I switched to Plantronics backbeat go which are much better. At least I don't lose them during walking

"Fantastic device.!"
on by mag1119Pros Sound quality, ease of use, adjustable fit, sturdiness and durability, cool design. Very affordable.
Cons Needs to be refit with virtually every usage, but this is no big thing.
Summary Excellent unit, worth every penny. In the new configuration, affordable and a bargain for the features included.

"Great headset! Have had a lot of good use"
on by tlking4Pros Paired easily with my phone, ps3, and laptop. All of the controls work well. I have had this headset for over 6 months, and used it heavily. Taken it running and kept it in my pocket; hasn't broken. Long (7 hour) battery life. Good microphone
Cons After about 2 hours of straight use, sometimes it will feel slightly uncomfortable. The sound quality is good, but nothing amazing or exceptional.
Summary I would recommend this headset to anyone looking for a high convenient device that functions both as wireless headphones and a hands-free headset, for phone or for gaming. It certainly is durable, and the 7 hour battery life makes the deal. Not the best sound quality, but if that isn't the top priority, this device will work very well!

"Decent sound, but a total pain to fit to your ears."
on by tnblkbearPros The sound is good, the construction is good quality and they don't feel flimsy. Good battery life and easy to charge; some cell phone chargers will work, so one less cable to carry.
Cons Very hard to fit to your ears. They include different size earpieces, but it's hard to get a good fit. And once you do, you have to start all over if you have to take them off. And if you wear glasses, forget it.
Summary Decent price, good sound, but not worth it in the long run because of the hard fit.
