"nice try but needs work!" on by coco2032
Pros: completely wireless
Cons: flimsy headset options, too many options to tweak
Summary: I'm on the phone about 80% of my work day so a completely wireless design was very appealing, but the flimsy headset options and tweaking required made me very frustrated. I ended up returning the product.

"The idea behind the product is great. but......" on by vfayo
Pros: I love the "wireless" idea. I had the CT10 Set but didn't like the cord. I like the idea of having just the earpiece.
Cons: The ear piece on the CS50 is not as comfortable as the CT10. It's a harder plastic. I am not able to wear it as long.

"Plays well with others" on by SHC
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: A little expensive
Summary: We have a total of 15 units installed in several locations. All the operators like it better than their previous units (GN, CT12, CT10).
You can have many units installed in the same area with no interference between units. Cordless phones are prone to overload from RFI sources. The CS50 suffered no such problem.
We have had no user problems and all the operators stated they were comfortable even after 8 hours.
We have han no failures of any kind. It is nice to have a over the head option as well as over the ear mount. A great piece we are buying more -
"Solid headset, great range" on by Telecomsuperstore
Pros: The range of 300ft is useful. Wireless capability is a step up from using a wired headset. This is life changing.
Cons: No noise canceling, the ear loop option droops off the ear.
Summary: Offers great hands free capability with the full 300ft of range. Other Plantronics headsets don't live up to the full claimed range.

"Do NOT buy" on by princessmandy
Pros: There are none
Cons: Awful sounding no matter how much you try to tweak it. Not worth the $
Summary: I'm returning this in the morning. I followed the directions yet the sound quality is awful still. Echo's a lot to. Not worth the cost. Buyer beware.
