"Plays well with others"
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: A little expensive
Summary: We have a total of 15 units installed in several locations. All the operators like it better than their previous units (GN, CT12, CT10).
You can have many units installed in the same area with no interference between units. Cordless phones are prone to overload from RFI sources. The CS50 suffered no such problem.
We have had no user problems and all the operators stated they were comfortable even after 8 hours.
We have han no failures of any kind. It is nice to have a over the head option as well as over the ear mount. A great piece we are buying more

If you use the CS50 with Skype, especially Skype 2.x the Persona Call software for CS50 is NOT compatible. It'll ring, unable to pick up, or pick up and continues to hear ringing. ALL IN ALL, CS50 is not a product that worth 3 to 5 times more than it's competition.
