"Design is good, the execution sux"
Pros: Small, light, excellent recetion.
Cons: ear gels don't fit firmly to unit and tend to fall off the unit.
Summary: for the price I paid this is OK. had I paid full price, I would be steamed.
the connector for the power supply is just as bad a fit
plantronics has gotten shabby of late.
it took three tries go get a working 220.
not sure if it's assembly or design but they could be soo much better.
I shouldn't need Krazy Glue to get it to work
