"Great headset, worthless charger"
Pros: Great clarity, featherweight, comfortable
Cons: charger is nearly impossible to use
Summary: I have owned two of these (actually the first was a 640 which is mechanically identical). They work really well. The earpiece is comfortable and fits snugly enough that you don't need anything else to keep it in your ear. The controls are easy to use as well and the audio clarity is very good. People I call do not notice that I am using a headset. Even in a car, the background noise is not a nuisance to the listener.
The bad: I find it incredible that a company can release a product that has such a poorly designed function (charging) as to make it nearly unusable. In theory, you plug the earpiece into a cylinder like charger and it charges. In practice (based on the two that I have owned), the earpiece either immediately pops out of its socket or gradually comes out while lying on a flat surface. There is no positive lock.
I bought this because of the weight and size and love it when I use it. Unfortunately, everyday when I recharge it I want to return it.
