Pros: Excellent sound quality, weightless
Cons: Control (main) button awful, earbuds none work
Summary: This device would be the best bluetooth out there--the sound is excellent and very clear. It is very lightweight, and the holder for the device is great.
However, the button to accept calls or turn the device on/off requires a lot of force. I reject most calls while trying to press the stubborn button. If this button does not work (easily), the entire device is useless. I find myself jamming the device into my ear while trying to answer a call--what a pain. There are 3 ear buds and none of them work correctly. The buds are made of a sticky material and it does not go into the ear--you can spend hours trying to get it right. The optional ear hook is the only way to secure it to the ear--but then the nicety of the weightless feature is gone. I'd like to return it if I could. -

Cons: when you insert the battery in the pocket charger and close. Make sure when you open it the dots are lined up. The close dot and the open dot.
Summary: I will recommend the plantronic 650E. Its worth the money. Amazing Product.
