"Quality device but a only semi comfortable" on by BradM75

Pros: Good sound, light weight, connects to more than one device

Cons: Not very comfortable in MY ears, on/off button is STIFF

Summary: The gel ear pieces are nice, but for some reason don't fit my ears very well. My wife says they fit her just fine though. The on/off button is so stiff that I have to take the device out of my ear to press the button. This is a major inconvenience. Compared to my previous BT headsets (all Motorola), this has much better sound quality and volume.

"Excellent replacement for my Voyager 510" on by XMLJEFF

Pros: Extremely comfortable, great performance, SUPERB fit

Cons: Does not officially have wind/noise reduction technology

Summary: I just survived a horrendous car accident where both of my front airbags deployed. My sunglasses flew off. The ear piece stayed on. I wasn't using the optional ear hook either, just the "in-ear" part. Amazing.

Sound and performance was extremely good while talking to the insurance company from the side of the road. I could hear everything I needed to hear. People on the other end seemed to be hearing me perfectly fine too.

This device does not have noise filtering technology but it didn't seem to need it at all. With fire trucks, EMS, and the police there, I can't think of a more challenging environment to have such a device work in.

The multi-point pairing is nice too. Works with my iMac and my iPhone.

"Great with Treo 650, very good sound quality, multipoint pairing capability" on by doubleagle

    Pros: Sound quality, multipoint pairing

    Cons: build quality seems lacking

Summary: I was looking for a headset to replace my Plantronics Voyager 510. I use 2 phones, Treo for business and Motorola for personal. There aren't many choices for headsets out there that have the multipoint pairing capability and both of these do.

The Plantronics 650e has superior sound quality to the Voyager 510. Hopefully it will last a while as the build quality seems lacking.

If you are a two phone user and need a headset with excellent audio that automatically switches back and forth between phones, look no further!

"Not as good as other people's experiences." on by minipluto

Pros: I have small ears, so I liked the comfortable fit, and it's small size. I can pair it to my computer and my phone.

Cons: Poor sound quality, I hear statics the entire time, regardless if I was on the phone or if I was on skype. It was also slightly aggravating to pair, I had to manually pair it b/w devices.

Summary: I would generally not recommend this product to anyone because of the poor sound quality, it has no ability to cancel out background noise. The entire conversations, were "what did you say!?" The static has been painful to the ears, but and the vol was low.
