Summary: This unit is extremely durable.. I've used it while taking a shower and even opened the faucet towards the speaker and mic while it's ON ans it's still workin great!
The fit feels good once you get it in the right position but it'll start to hurt the ear after like an hour.
Also, the volume needs to be louder especially in a loud invironment like a mall.

Pros: Look rugged and bullet proof.
Cons: I have bought 4 of these t5hings and not 1 has charged up properly. Garbage.
It is a shame, as I thought they would be fabulous.Summary: Faulty, garbage!

Summary: There just can't be any coincidence in this, I purchase one at a Store, got home and it didn't work at all, wouldn't even charge up. I returned it and got a replacement (Same model) Same problem, got the same model at three completely different stores in two cities and still the same problem. Contacted Plantronics, sent the copies of the return receipts and they even sent me a Free one. So in order to eliminate any fault on my part I took it to my Cell Provider and convinced them to charge it and get it set up. Same Problem. There is no Coincidence, this product is Faulty!

Pros: Fit It actually fits me great. It is "rubbery" enough to stay in place and is very comfortable. "Transmit" quality - the people I call say it sounds good. Durable I haven't run over it with my truck - yet - but it seems pretty durable.Battery life
Cons: It comes with a lanyard which is a great feature but it wont fit in my ear well with the lanyard attached. Maybe they didn't intend it to but it would be nice if it did.
Summary: If you are hard on your gear buy it.
