Pros: 2 things, easy to sync, and ear piece has tiny rubber thing that goes into your ear canal which many headsets don't have.

Cons: 1. Quit working after a month of use. 2. Not loud enough, can hardly hear people on full volume while driving on freeway. 3. People can't hear you very well while driving, picks up back ground noise. Doesn't fit on ear very well, falls off easy.

Summary: I am pissed I paid $50 for a headset and it quit working after a month first of all. It's not loud enough and people cant hear you over back ground noise. It's useless. My wife's much cheaper samsung headset is way better and $20 cheaper.
