Pros ultra light weight, adjustable boom, ACTUALLY does cancel noise,
Cons ear grip MAY pinch a little
Summary I have a large face, and have found it nearly impossible to get a boom close enough to my mouth to have a call that the other side does not gripe about. The MX-505 has a longer boom tube as part of the kit to solve this problem. It also offers a mute switch on the cord, as well as a volume control. Sound quality is OUTSTANDING!,...and I have had other corded headsets, including other Plantronics, as well as the Motorola HS 820, 850, and the 700. None compare to the day-to-day performance of the MX-505, even when I have the top down and driving the Interstate. Plus, it is much more difficult to lose all of that wire(as I have with EVERY cordless BT headset) - and there is NEVER a concern with charging or running out of power. This is a real contender for anyone who USES a headset, as opposed to just trying to look cool, and at about 30% of the price for a Motorola H-700 series.
Try it,...you'll like it,... maybe even LOVE it!
