"Works well with computer softphone." By teleworker
Pros: I bought it to pair with my Nortel SoftPhone and it works great! Easy to use, good sound quality, very comfortable to wear, it is a good consistent headset. I recommend it for the user who is trying to use computer phones. Battery was adequate.
Cons: Range was shorter than expected, maybe a short side of 25 feet -warbled at about 20. On/off button is close to volume, occasionally shut off while trying to adjust. More difficult to pair with cell phone... in fact, couldn't with 2 bluetooth phones.
Summary: Excellent overall experience. I recommend this for the person who plans to remain at their computer, not for one that wanders far. I really like using it and it is very comfortable to wear. The multiple sized ear pieces included helped to make the fit work for me.
"Best BT Headset Ever!" By Josh Schwartz
Pros: Very Versitile!
Cons: A bit larger than most Cell only based BT headsets but worth it.
Summary: I use this headset with Cisco Ip Communicator softphone and my Blackberry Bold it switches between the 2 effortlessly and the sound quality is outstanding.
