"Terrible Sound Quality"
Pros: This is a comfortable headset, call quality on my end was good, but...
Cons: TERRIBLE sound quality for people on the other end. People said it sounded "echoy" and like I was "far away", and could I "get on a land line".
Summary: I am embarrased to be heard with this level of sound quality. I thought everything was great on my end, but everyone I talked to on the phone complained about the quality. Hard to understand the CNET review for this one. Perhaps they switched suppliers on a crucial component?
