Cons: Sometimes it may fall off my ear - smaller than average ears so I have to reset it from time to time but that is not a problem.

Summary: Again, I would highly recommend this device to anyone. Clear sound and serves its purpose. For those who are owners of higher tech devices (I-Phones and whatever else on the market), no product can ever cover every little whim or niche (voice to text, or whatever else is out there). It is supposed to be a hands-free device for listening and talking - quit being lazy
