    Pros: The sound quality and the speech to text features work wonderfully. I have owned 2 Motorolas and another Plantronics and the Voyager Pro + has been a welcomed addition. It was easy to set up and the first time I used it I was very amazed witht he sound. A

    Cons: The wind reduction was not as good as I expected. I watched the video of them in the wind test and it seemed like when I tried it in the wind it was not as good as the video showed.

    Summary: For the price and all the features, I think this is one of the best onthe market.
