Cons: poor quality, not reliable, not worth the money, made ear sore.

Summary: Thought it was a quality unit for the price I paid. My first one worked great for three weeks then no one could hear me. Exchanged for another one, this one didn't last a week, then I could barely hear the other person, had the volume all the way up on ear piece and phone, decided not worth the trouble. Bought a different brand blue-tooth.
