"Stylish, but subpar performance."
2.0 starson by y_chromosomePros: Small, light and stylish
Cons: Difficult to use, sound quality not very good on either side.
Summary: What really attracted me to it was the size. I'm a fool for a shiny gadget, and a bluetooth headset the diameter of a quarter had me hooked right off. But it's TOO small. I have difficulty adjusting the unit in my ear without accidentally redialing the last person I called. It can be done, but you have to be careful. I cannot carry the earpiece in my pocket or gym bag, because the large multifunction button gets pressed and turns on the earpiece. It then begins calling the last person I talked to, over - and over - and over. I've irritated a few friends in the past few months this way. Every time the large, conspicuous button gets pushed, it calls them.
The sound quality from this unit is moderately good when it's seated, but it feels rather unstable in my average-sized ears and needed to be fiddled with to maintain a decent seal with my ear. Some of my friends have complained that the sound quality on their end was muffled.
On the positive side, The charge seems to last a reasonable amount of time, and it paired up quickly with my LG eNV2. Music will play through it, but it doesn't sound very good. Might be good for spoken word recordings, though.
As neat as this headset is, I wouldn't buy it again and I wouldn't recommend it to any but my most fashion-conscious friends. It's discreet, but it's difficult to use, annoying, and doesn't have the best sound quality. Not worth the compromise, in my opinion.
