"Looks Funny, Sounds Great"
Pros: Sound, Comfort, Switches from phone to music easily
Cons: Looks stupid, doesn't work with glasses, hair trigger redial button gets me every time
Summary: It looks, as the CNET review says, like Princess Leah's hairdo, with large knobs coming out your ears. Read no further if you are too vain to handle that.
Otherwise, I love this headset. It has changed my relationship to my phone and made my MP3 player obsolete. It allows me to listen to music in very high quality sound. I can use it for hours. I jog with it, drive with it, I'd have dinner with my wife with it if she weren's so fascinating. Unlike the CNET reviewer, I don't experience any discomfort with this device. You can't combine it easily with glasses because it has over the ear grips. But if your ears are shaped anything like mine, this is a very comfortable headset. The easy-to-touch shaped control buttons on the right earpiece allow me to navigate my songs and switch back and forth from calls to music without touching the phone itself. There are limits to the convenience. You can only really navigate forwards. You have to use the phone to set to shuffle or play all. And a design flaw is that the thing redials the last number in your call list at a touch. You have to hold the call button down to bring up voice dial. I have made many an embarrassingly unintended phone call. Maybe there is a better blue tooth headset out there, but if you listen to music, or you simply want a more comfortable bluetooth earpiece, this is an amazing thing to use. The fact that I only paid $10 for it helps too.
