"Overall good quality but bad design for comport" on by burbsofny

Pros: Good sound quality and battery life

Cons: Not at all comfortable fit

Summary: This headset is priced decent compared to other models. It has the expected feature set including buttons for taking and receiving calls and for controlling your music (next and last track). The sound quality is good and the range is acceptable. Compared to other models, like to Motorola S9, it does not pair automatically with phone, requiring it to be done manually each time you turn on the headset. Also, the behind the head design is comparable to the S9 but not nearly as comfortable. In a lesser period of time it becomes quite uncomfortable. Also the flexibility of the wires near the over-the-ear structure allows it to fall out of the ears without much movement which himders its usuability and necessitates being extra vigilant. Also, whereas the S9 has a more robust structure overall, this headset feels like it would become damaged much more easily. However, this may not be the case. In fact, I have had two S9's within a year period which have developed defects, rendering them only partially useable. So, overall the features and sound quality (both on calls and for music) are good but it feels a little light (and possibly not durable).

"Poor design - weakness that leads to break in cable" on by denysau

Pros: Comfortable and did not fall out of my ears like those horrible buds

Cons: The headset only lasted 6 months - the link leading into the earpiece is poorly designed and the cable broke.

Summary: This product has a design fault which made it useless for me after 6 months as the cable broke at a stress point on the left side of the device. Pity as I enjoyed them otherwise.

"Good sound, good range, poor fit and uncomfortable." on by Chuck_Hoskins

Pros: Great sound quality and great stereo reproduction. Decent battery life with constant use. I am usually able to make an entire U.S. coast to coast flight without any problem.

Cons: What makes up in a bad way for the great sound quality is the absolutely horrible design. These are the most uncomfortable headphones I have ever worn. The frequently fall off because of the shape of the ear pieces. Do you have square ears? I dont!

Summary: The bottom line is I can't recommend these. Look around and find another headphone that sounds as good, and is more comfortable to wear. There is no way to be active in these. They come off just sitting in an airline seat! The good sound quality doesn't make up for the extremely poor ergonomic engineering.
