Great headset until repair was needed...

Pros: Lightweight, good audio, easy pairing

Cons: speaker dead after 3 months

Review: The headset was really easy to use and the audio was good. I never got any complaints from the people I called. Very lightweight and the battery life was good. I really liked this headset until the speaker died out on me. I contacted Samsung to get a replacement or repair. In the end it took about 2 months and 3 different replacements that were ALL defective and until just now they are sending me a Samsung WEP200. We will see with that one.

Excellent low cost bluetooth headset

Pros: The size, the cost

Cons: The quality

Review: This is a low cost headset, simple funtions, nothing spectacula, easy to use: one button do everything; answer/end calls, last number dial, voice dial.
Dont spect to have good quality in the material. My first time, volumen button jams.

Received Defective~

Pros: Can't think of any since it doesn't work!

Cons: Won't charge, turn on or otherwise function!

Review: Samsung is aware this is a widespread issue. There is apparently a batch of "dead" phones out there. I'm stuck with eating the shipping charges to get a replacement of something they knew was defective. I think it's pretty terrible they aren't even sending out a product recall on this either.

Way to go Samsung! I definitely will seek alternative companies for all products in the future.

WEP 180 rocks

Pros: Great range 10 meters+

Cons: sound quality could be better

Review: I got the WEP 180 not the 170 so check it out. The WEP180 has a very sleek design, one main multi button and a volume up and down button. The 180 connects well with my Dell BT hub and PS3. I got this headset for my PS3. When connected to the Dell hub it has great range and volume. Listening to music on the set is cool, and a convinient way to listen to music through one ear. Very good headset.

Hands free, I love it.........

Pros: I can here it!!!

Cons: no parts available, no not one....

Review: I am on my 3rd WEP170. There are NO parts available! Only (2) parts can be replaced. The ear rubber piece and the ear loop. The ear rubber piece comes off easily and if lost renders the headset useless. That is the reason I have had (3). I called Samsung they are no help!!!!

Good Quality for a low price

Pros: Good sound quality

Cons: Not too comfortable to wear

Review: The sound and the pairing capability are really good on this Bluetooth but the ear holder is not too comfortable to wear and when you put on you ear it stands out of your face. I have to purchase another set because it doesn't feel to comfortable to wear.

Not Moving Off Standby

Pros: Size is nice.

Cons: Setup not working. Difficult to put on.

Review: The device linked easily with my new Blackjack. I have tones when it goes on and off, but it will not come off standby when I place or receive a call. Help? Thanks.

Clear and Loud

Pros: High Volume, Long Battery, Fits inside your ear

Cons: Hard to put on, Uncomforatable at first

Review: I've had this headset for a month and have been using it with a Samsung A920 phone. It's the second headset I tried and the main thing I liked about it is that it fits in the ear as opposed to over the ear like some other headsets. This gives it a good volume, less background noise, and a very secure fit. My only complaints are that it's a little hard to put on with one hand and it's a little uncomfortable the first few times you use it. When it's in properly it feels great, but finding that sweet spot is a little rough, or maybe it's just that I have big ears. All in all I'm very pleased and highly recommend it.

Light and easy to pair.

Pros: Light weight, easy to pair, cheap, and matches my phone color.

Cons: Not a perfect fit out of the box.

Review: This is my first headset, mainly because I finally bought a Bluetooth enabled phone. I was able to pair it up with my new Verizon Chocolate with out reading the directions for either the phone or the headset.

Sound quality is on par with the phone. I was told there was a slight static driving in the car, with the windows up and volume on the radio low. Moving the phone aorund didn't help, but the static was only mentioned when I asked if the other person could here or any outside noise.

I bought this for a few reasons. 1) It wasn't a Motorola. 2) It was an earpiece that goes into my ear. 3) It was black 4) It was cheap ($30) with my employee discount.

Overall I really like this headset. It works everytime I want it too. I can hear the other person fine. Some words do run together, but I can overlook this easily.
