Pros Can't think of any since it doesn't work!
Cons Won't charge, turn on or otherwise function!
Summary Samsung is aware this is a widespread issue. There is apparently a batch of "dead" phones out there. I'm stuck with eating the shipping charges to get a replacement of something they knew was defective. I think it's pretty terrible they aren't even sending out a product ... Expand full review
