"Good, stylish headset"
Pros: Sound, style, small size.
Cons: Ear buds worthless.
Summary: I almost wrote a worst review yesterday, but I wanted to be fair. The first one I got had a battery problem. It wouldn't take a charge and it was brand new. I exchanged it and the second one is working much better. My impressions from two days of use:
1. Good style, small size (1.5" long). The case is black which makes it fairly discrete. The only thing is the LED flashes about every 3 seconds. I've never been a fan of flashing LED's. They attract unwanted attention. This should have been placed in the rear of the unit.
2. The sound quality is good. I have good hearing, so I thought the volume was good even at middle settings. I called my wife and she said I sounded fine even in my car, so that was a good sign. I've yet to try it in windier conditions.
3. The charging case is a plus. Not only does it charge the battery very conveniently, but it provides good protection when the earset isn't being used. The case can be used by itself and only needs to be plugged in when charging. It has a plug-in for the power jack, so there are no long cords attached directly to it.
4. The earbuds, at least for me, are worthless even though they come in small, medium, and large. I don't see how they can provide any additional support. All I can see that they do is cover the speaker enclosure. I tried all three sizes and I could never get a secure fit. Fortunately, I had an old Jabra eargel, which I have read that a lot of people are using successfully, and it does work well. I called Samsung tech support and they were worthless. They really don't know their products. One of the techs thought the hook went AROUND the ear. I got transferred to Tier 2 support and they weren't any better.
5. Overall, other than the useless earbuds, Samsung has a stylish, well-designed product that sounds great. It's much better than others I've tried.

When I first bought mine, I had the same feeling about the fitment in the ear, but after a while changing the earbuds to a larger size, (I can use either M or L) I have absolutely no problem with it staying in my ear. I can jog with it in my ear, and it stays put. Keep fiddling with them, and you should be able to find a good fit.

I haven't been able to use my WEP-200 since I got it because I can't get the @^*#$ thing to stay in my ear! I'll see if I can track down one of the alternate earbuds you mentioned.
