Samsung WEP460 Bluetooth Headset

Pros: The receptin/clarity is great! It's somewhat comfortable, and light weight. The battery life exceeds my expectations. The works GREAT with my LG LOTUS.

Cons: The earpiece (platic peice the loops over the ear, and clips to the headset).

Summary: Great heaset, wouldn't look to replace it any time soon. But, my earpiece has been replaced 3 times by SPRINT, in 9 months! They are telling me I have to buy a new headset, from now on. This is ridiculous!!! You'd think a company that could make such a decent bluetooth headset, could spent a few more cents on the plastic piece that holds it to your ear. It's so frustrating! A 10 cent part makes the great $30 product almost worthless.

I am a mid-50's grandfather who is semi-retired and lives a pretty easy going life. no bangin' my headset again any work related items, no hard life for my headset.
The times it has broken was once in my shirt pocket at the airport, another time I was removing it from my ear, and finally switching the clip so I could put it on my right ear. Just ordinary use...

Oh well, I will limp along with it till I buy a new one. And I will probably go back to the old Plantronics. I had one for 3 years, and when the ear piece began to crack, I contacted Plantronics, and the sent me a NEW one. I like doing business that way.

Just make a product that does what it is supposed to do, without fail. If it does fail, fix or replace it!
