Pros: Great design
Very Comfortable
Awesome call clarity
Top of the line noise reduction

Cons: The only problem I have had is the volume adjustment goes very quickly up and down, but after getting used to it (about 2 days) It works great

Summary: I have my own electronics business and have tried many of bluetooth headsets, I can honestlyl say this one is in my top 5. I would also like to take a minute to say I obviously can't try every piece of electronic equipment I sell in my store but because of cnet.com and the many people reviewing products I can get a better grasp of what my customers would want.
