I have been on a quest for the perfect BT headset for several years now. I have been frustrated again and agin by either hard to use buttons (Jawbone), Poor quality on my end (Dragon call pod), poor quality on the other end (Call Pod again, and practically every headset but the Jawbone), or features that don't match up with my MOTO Q (like push to make a call) - This one has it all. I bought the Dragon Call Pod and the VMX 100 in the same day. Bought the Dragon first, got out to my car and tried it on - VERY POOR FIT - but I thought I'd give it a chance, so I drove up to the local mall and walked around for a bit - My friend on the other end couldn't hear me unless I was almost shouting. I had to switch back to my old and worn out Jabra! I stopped in to the Apple store where I saw this item - The sales person not only allowed me to pair it with my phone but also let me walk out in the mall with it on - I made another call and this time I was coming in loud and clear - AND I WAS BARELY ABOVE A WHISPER - I am not exaggerating here! It is a high quality item, excellent sound and all the features just work - Also, it is so light that one might forget he is actually wearing it. Sennheiser VMX 100, you complete me!

Pros

Long battery life, would be useful if voice quality was good...

Cons

Terrible call quality on this headset. Connects well to blackberry via bluetooth, but other side always mentions eco in the call and they can't hear me well. Waste of money, old type of connection to recharge and pc sync. Veerry disappointed with the S

I extensively use wireless headsets with my BlackBerry mobile phones. Used Pro Plantronics brand in the past, felt minor pain on my ear, so decided to switch to Sennheiser thinking they would come up with a better product that wont cause pain. So bought the Sennheiser VMX 100 after some reserach. HUGE disappointment, very bad voice quality, literally cannot use it! So will have to search again and buy a new headset - this time (and in the future) never a Sennheiser!!!

"Don't buy it!"

Pros

Nice design, fits well.

Cons

The one you are calling will experience such noise that he or she does not want to continue the conversation. I had mine replaced by the manufacturer, but replacement had same problem. They replaced for another model, which has bad fit.
