Tritton AX 180 Universal Gaming Headset

Pros: In their price point they have a very nice, detailed sound to them. You can use them with literally every current generation console and both pc and mac. They're also comfortable enough to wear for hours on end and have plenty of volume.

Cons: WIRES!!! I hate the amount of wires needed especially when using it with xbox360 due to the wire having to go to the controller. Sound wise, there's a low volume hum/hiss which isn't noticeable during gameplay but is when at game menus.

Summary: If you don't want to spend the money or can't afford a nice surround headphone set up this is a great alternative. Clear, clean sound and very comfortable. I highly recommend this headset as a less expensive alternative to the pricey surround headphones.
