  • "Great headphones with a very short lifespan."

Pros: Sound was amazing and the headphones are light and comfortable. The mike worked well, was removable and/or swiveled out of the way.

Cons: The right side sound stopped working about 2 months after the warranty was up. Turtle Beach does not offer repairs. The only recourse is to buy a new headset. They are too expensive to have to replace that quickly.

Summary: Turtle Beach has a great reputation and an excellent product, but our headset turned out to be a bad purchase.
