Turtle Beach Ear Force X41 Headphone

Pros: NICE PACKAGE, Fast tech support e-mail back.

Cons: TOTAL WASTE IF YOU HAVE 2.4G WIRELESS (PHONES, N ROUTERS OR EXTENDERS) NOTHING BUT NON STOP POPS AND CRACKS less than 5 feet from the X41 base . pathetic audio output, 2 aaa batteries for Receiving, Decoding AND Audio output are you kidding me.

Summary: MAY NOT WORK CORRECTLY OR AT ALL IF OTHER WIRELESS DEVICES ARE IN THE AREA, X41 WAS IN MY HOUSE 20 FEET of the cordless phone, N router and 40 feet from my sons wireless n for his computer and 80 feet from the extender.
I think the X41 has VERY Low power and is the problem (under 15 feet range) All of my other devices work perfectly fine with or without the x41 plugged in. Turtle Beach support remedy is to just shy of turn off your other equipment, move it to another room, lower the throughput of the N router. Even asked me if my neighbors have wireless!!!. What a joke. I'm going back to the competition, just hate all the wires but the audio is ear smashing loud and clean, you know the location of the other guy. This is a REAL world test, not a sealed room with just the x41 and your xbox. Maybe the X410 will be better. Maybe a quality issue with the product made in China, at this point I don't know or care.
