"More than the negativity its been hyped down to be"4.0 starson by Krysis0
Pros: Decent sound, just above the 40$ headphones you would buy from a walmart or so, very great small size. Very vivid colors to select from. Awesome little extra 3.5mm jack on the right headphone to share the music your listening to with a friend.
Cons: Comfort, because of its over the ears they basically cover the exact ear size and hold your ears pushed to your head. This does create discomfort over a long period of time. Would like louder bass.
Summary: Now i've read many reviews before i set out to buy this device, i've read everything from too much bass that makes it sound muddy, to overall horrible song quality and the likes, just like this review. To tell you my default headphones of choice are the crossfade LP's and i also bought the v-moda vibranto. The comparison in song quality betwee those two is more bass on crossfade than vibranto (duh, ear buds dont make much bass) but in comparison between the Urbanears to vibranto is even less bass, still hearable but distinctively less. This comes from someone who's main genre is Dubstep, i love my bass. But the overall headset is quite well designed, pretty good sound quality for regular songs (apart from dubstep). And the negativity is overly hyped on every review i've seen. Makes me think if they've actually tried it or just copied from each others negativity.
