Pros the best sound quality out of any set of headphones, amazing bass, style, durability, the extras it comes with, iphone controls, microphone, and overall comfort.
Cons There are very few cons to these, one of the few is that they are a bit on the heavier side. So not ideal for joggers, however, if your not using them for jogging they are perfect.
Summary The Vibe II headphones are by far the best headphones on the market. Don't listen to all the people saying that they break after a month or two, because i have had mine for about a year and use them every day for hours and are still just like new. They are worth every penny, just an amazing pair of headphones!!!
Pros These headphones have fantastic sound for such small earbuds. They are cunstructed of a fabric weave that is durable but not perfect. Comes with additional rubber braces for the active person to allow for a wide range of uses. They are fantastic.
Cons I owned my headphones for about 4 of five months and had an issue with the wire where it connects to the plug end. I went online with and notified them of the issue took two or three steps and had a new pair with questions.
Summary Worth every penny! If you do have any issue the company stands behind them 100%. The call quality on these headphones a great as well and they do help to cut down on external noise. I love wearing these on an airplane. It makes and movie on a plane a better experience due to the fact that you can actually hear the movie.
Pros sounded good when they worked. There is a lot of bass which i like but the bass is way to uncontrolled (muddy)
Cons Spent more time untangling the cable then i did listening with them
Summary For what they cost they should be durable as advertised. The cable is constantly tangled and crimps all over the place. which is probably why they broke so soon. I will try Dr. Dre's next.
Pros Very solid construction and the fabric-coated cabling is wonderful. Good range of tip sizes fit well. Mic is clear and concise with good placement.
Cons Far too heavy for any normally active use. The control button is not easy to feel. Heavy button action is hard to double click. Bass is very muddled and entire frequency range lacks definition. No hard case.
Summary A nicely constructed unit, well made and handsome, but even after getting a really good fit with the pads, these buds kept falling out of my ears even just walking. The control button and mic housings are also metal which weigh the cables down even more. This is a prime example where metal just doesn't work even if they can take a beating. The control housing has a tapered-cylindrical shape to it including the button itself, which means that you're not sure if you're actually pressing the housing or the button. A shape with flats would more clearly define your finger alignment.
The sound output is poor for headphones in this price range. Bass is muddy and ill defined, which is surprising considering that V-moda is known for producing bass-heavy drivers. This could have been saved if the mids and highs had any amount of clarity and punch, which they didn't. The Apple In-Ear headphones lacked bass, but at least had very good mids and highs.
Overall, I'd say these were stylish yet ill-conceived in terms of usable weight and had so-so sound reproduction more reminiscent of headphones half this price. I happily returned mine.
"Not worth the prcice"on by hwrc88
Pros Nice fashionable look
Cons The cable tangles very easy which caused my right ear bud to cut out. The bass is very muddled and the sound is comparable to ear buds that cost $25 to $40. The range is very limited.
Summary i have owned in the past a set of bose in ear headphones and they sound much better and are a lot more durable. These are not the quality you would expect for the price.
