Pros: Nice voice quality and hardly notice its there

Cons: Ever since I synced the headset I have had problems syncing my controllers.

Summary: I like the design and voice quality but for the price you would expect it to sync up the first time and be ready to use whenever. That is not the case, it seams every time I use it I have to resync the headset and not only that but I have to resync my controllers every time as well and it takes multiple times to get them to work properly. That is a big problem for me since I have never had to resync my controllers from day 1 until now.

I know I ranked the price as a con even though I got it for $30 at Best Buy but at that price I still expect it to cause no problems especially when its a Microsoft product. I prefer my Tritton AX720 and even the mic you get get the console though that is overpriced just like every other Microsoft prosduct
