Like your TV really large and have a grand per inch to spend? Then how about the 85-inch BeoVision 4-85 3D TV? For $85,000, you can own this rare beauty (only 36 units are made in a month.) The littler BeoVision brother, the BeoVision 10, begins at a more affordable $5,215 for the 32-inch model.

If you want fun in a mid engine car this will whip a Lotus, I have no problem getting into a Cayman R and I'm big enough.

apple products are nice and not cheap but they aren't this kind of expensive and use mainstream parts(just put together well in a nice enclosure with superior software[in my opinion lol])

Hockeyfan333,

Sarcasm: (noun) style of humor that isn't funny.

D'oh! I just fell for it, didn't I?

How interesting! If I didn't know better, I'd say that this is a genuwine knock-off of a Leica from the fifties by an opportunistic JapaneseCompany, without the the benefit of a Summicron lense.

Great car with wonderful handling BUT...

For less money you can get a Corvette Z-06 and, for the same money as a Cayman, a Z-06 Carbon. Both, like all Corvettes, are amazing cars for the money - but without the "Porsche cachet".

Z-06 vs. Porsche....
Z-06...nice car, looks and sounds great - goes in a straight line really well...doesn't handle worth squat.
Porsche...'nuff said

Dude are your really going to tell me that a porsche outhandles a Z06?

Have you ever heard of the Nurburgring? Take a look at the fastest lap times for street legal cars here:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_N%C3%BCrburgring_Nordschleife_lap_times

The C6 Z06 smokes every Porsche that has ever hit that track with the exception of the GT2 RS(which costs $250,000=/-... just saying.

I think you are missing the point of the article if you are looking to argue the value of the Z-06 versus Cayman R. That said, I think it is funny that CNET's pick for an exotic car in a list of "Ultimate Luxuries" is less expensive than the $85,000 TV on the list. How about the Carrera GT?

Dude, just like the man said, corvette looked nice, does a great job in straight line, but no handling quality. HAve you ever driven a european car?

The z06 starts at well over 70k now, so no its not less expensive than the cayman R. Its not 2008 anymore where you can get a z06 for 58k. And the z06 carbon costs as much as the ZR1. you dweebs should stick to your computer forums and leave the car stuff to the grown ups. A better cheaper alternative to the cayman R is the Boss 302 laguna seca.

and point #2 to the twit quoting ring times. Most americans haven't heard of the ring and you likely couldnt point out where its located on a map without googling it. Ring times are the new HP/L and are just as meaningless.

The PSB speaker system is mind-boggling to say the least. Rolling Stone Magazine also picked these for their Rock & Roll Christmas gift list. If you'd like to know more about these phenomenal speakers then check this site out. http://www.psbspeakers.com/

With the money spending on Porsche, I rather spend on $35,000 SUV instead, at least it makes me comfortable lol. And for the PC, for those PC builder, they might think that they can spend a lot less money to build the same quality PC.

Write-ups sound good, products look great, but they are way out of my league and the budgets feel as if you are standing on my head under the water.

For whatever reason Porsches scream midlife crisis to me.

Actually, I think it's a knock-off of the Canon 7 (which admittedly was a knock-off of the Leica.)

Take a Porsche out on the track and you'll see what it can really do. Mid-life crisis? pfft... Z06s are awesome on the track too. Get what you like and who cares what the haters say.

ATTENTION EVERYONE, DO NOT CLICK on the Beovision Website posted on this so called of a site. As soon as I clicked on it Norton picked up "Web Attack: Malicious Toolkit Website 8" 4 TIMES in less than 3 minutes. What the hell is wrong with you CNET? Get your act together. I can't believe I go to this site anyways, I mostly just visit for David's TV reviews, every other article here is "I love Apple's big juicy ****" Not to mention the countless biases articles from so-called journalists.
