"Can't be beat for the price"
on by Cigar_SmokerPros The sound quality and price. I used this device to allow my Android to connect via BT to our home stereo system. My wife was able to painlessly connect her ipad too.
Cons Unfortunately there's a metal weight inside that seems to interfere with the wireless range. It's fairly easy to remove and there are plenty of "how to" videos on youtube. This weight is the only reason I cannot give 5 out of 5 stars.
Summary This device has been the best $25 upgrade I've ever made to my home stereo.

"Works well"
on by bdf1997Pros Decent quality and range,
Looks more expensive then it is,
Small and discrete in appearance,
Long power and audio cables.Cons If I had to get nit-picky, the blue LED light on the top that signifies use is distracting when trying to sleep, and there is no option to disable it.
Summary I got this for $20 on eBay, and can't help but feel like I got a great deal as this product functions well, looks appealing, and has no deterring flaws.

"Exactly what I was looking for"
on by vin.bonePros Compatible
No hassle configuration
High quality cables
Great sound quality over bluetoothCons Can only connect to one device at a time (but it can be paired with multiple devices)
Summary When I was looking for a bluetooth receiver I shopped long and hard. This one was a little more expensive (about $40) than others, so I tried a couple of others. Both were rechargeable stand alone units meant to front end powered speakers or your own ear buds. I hooked them up to my powered BOSE, but when connected to the charger my speakers became BUZZ instead of BOSE. Within a week one of them could power my speakers for a whole hour.
This unit is meant to replace the $100+ dock to match with your new receiver or again, to attach your powered speakers. It comes with a stereo (3-pole) 3.5mm male to male cable and a 3.5mm to red and white RCA. The cables are of much better quality than I expected. It worked perfectly. I no longer had to use my 20' extension cable to plug my phone/tablet into my Bose from my bed. Within a week I bought another one. It is "Audio Input 1" on my Yamaha RX-V700 receiver in the living room.
Unlike most "hands free" speakers, this can only be active with one device at a time. This means that when my daughter leaves her iPod connected to the unit in the living room I either have to track down her iPod (good luck with that) or disconnect the power to the Belkin.
It's one thing for me to buy something and like it enough to write a review. What really should impress you is that I bought another one. I got both from Amazon for less than $30. -
"Just got my Belkin Wireless Receiver, and its broken..."
on by cronxlPros None so far
Cons Everything
Summary I just got my Belkin Wireless Music Receiver in the mail today, and its broken. Right out of the box. Now I have to go through a dreadful warranty process that could take me more than twice the time that I had been waiting for it already, and it's not even my fault...
