on by mkern22Pros Got rid of my land line in favor of MagicJack. Converted my home number to my cell number. Cell2Tel gives great voice quality to my connected 5.8 mhz wireless phones throughout the house from both my cell and MagicJack connection.
Cons If you answer your cell instead of the home phone, then walk in/out of range of the bluetooth connection, sometimes you lose the call. Not always though. To wit I only answer the wireless home phone. Problem solved.
Summary I checked around for a while looking at different options - like the GE Fusion and Panasonic. I settled on this unit because it is easy to use, had the exact functionality and quality and ease of use I was looking for. I didn't buy the Fusion unit or Panasonic because I already had a wireless home phone. The unit handles up to two bluetooth phone lines. I am only using one. No reason to believe it cannot handle two simultaneously. There is also a computer interface - read the manual for more info about it. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Cons Does not work with fax machines.
Summary I great product to save money. Who needs a landline anymore? Holding a full size cordless phone when at home is nicer than a tiny cell phone too.

Cons Horrible high pitched Static making calls deafining and unusable. I'm sending it back and hoping that mine is somehow defective. I'm dissapointed in the CNET review because thats how I decided to get this product.
Summary Dissapointing - Majorly Dissapointed with CNET. I'm exchanging the device for a different one and hoping that I have a lemon. If the new one doesnt work I really am going to have to be not as trusting with CNET reviews. Waste of $80 at this point.
