Pros Comfortable fit - does good job of keeping earpiece in ear.
Cons Highs drastically reduced - equalizer adjustments could not compensate.
Pros They come in three sizes, the price, and a little baggy
Cons it doesn't improve the sound
Summary So if your like me and many others. My ears don't fit the universal earbuds. So when it came to looking for something that did i am glad that griffins made an attachment to go with my apple earphones. I haven't tried it on other brans yet. But it does fit nicely. However, the claims that it improves sound should not be your sole reason to purchase, you will be disappointed. The sound is by all means lounder, not clearer. The reason for this is because they fit properly. If you are looking for a cheap in ear way for you earbuds to fit your ear this would be a good solution.

Pros They amplify earphones, give you a lot of bass make my headphones fit better and they block out some outdoors noise.
Cons They do not deliver much improved sound.
Summary Everything said in the CNet review is true. These fit perfectly onto my iAudio X5 headphones, and made the bass much notably louder. I also liked how they blocked outside noise. They did not improve the sound of my headphones much, but they are great.
Pros Can hear the music with the volume right down. My buds finally stay in my ears.
Cons Massive bass increase. Treble boost helps, but there is noticeable degradation. Of course this is offset by being able to hear the music at all.
Pros Affordable, improves sound, especially bass
Cons Ears felt like they were stuffed with a q-tip
Summary I bought this thinking it would be a waste of money, but not much money ($6 at mac mall). I was pleasantly surprised when I went home to play around with it.
I snapped one on an ear piece then left one piece without one, put both in my ears and listened to the difference.
The caps definitely cut out excess noise and boost the bass and to a lesser extent the other sound characteristics.
The tips are a bit thick and will feel like you've just stuffed a thick q-tip into your ear. That was a bit annoying at first, but for occasional use, it's great.
