The good: The Griffin TuneFlex Aux with SmartClick includes an in-car iPod charger, auxiliary audio-output cable, and a magnetic iPod remote control that mounts onto your car's steering wheel.
The bad: For an in-car iPod dock without an FM transmitter, the TuneFlex Aux with SmartClick is too expensive and requires a car stereo with an auxiliary audio input or the purchase of a cassette adapter.
The bottom line: The Griffin TuneFlex Aux with SmartClick is one of the best in-car iPod docks we've seen, but someone needs to let the air out of Griffin's price.
The Griffin TuneFlex Aux with SmartClick ($79) offers a tidy, creative way to charge and control your iPod or iPhone in the car. The TuneFlex Aux kit includes a flexible charging stand, remote control, 3.5mm line-input cable, and eight acrylic dock adapters for every model of iPod and iPhone made over the past three years.

In-car iPod chargers are cheap and plentiful these days, but the TuneFlex Aux is distinguished by its remote control. Griffin's remote comes in two pieces: a plastic base with a Velcro strap that wraps around a section of your car's steering wheel; and the remote itself, which magnetically sticks to the base. The two-part system improves on similar steering wheel-attached remotes we've seen from DLO, with better ergonomics and a more practical way to quickly detach and reattach the remote from the steering wheel.
The remote's design includes an oversize play and pause button, track-skip controls, a switch to dim your iPod's backlight (for night driving), and a shuffle-mode control. Each of the buttons includes raised markings and is formed in a unique shape to help distinguish it from the others without requiring you to take your eyes off the road.

"Absolutely terrible" By edubsdad
Pros: Solid and aesthetically pleasing design
Cons: Terrible, terrible, terrible sound.
Summary: I bought for $70 at bigbox store based on some positive reviews and looking at other products. Superficially it seemed very nice but it is one of the worst products I have ever purchased. The 'adjustable' arm is extremely inflexible. There is horrible background static when my ipod is connected ... Expand full review
"Great product with some minor drawbacks." By donmclachlan
Pros: I really like the way it holds the iTouch, The stick is sturdy and versatile and the remote works great.
Cons: The iTouch will shake loose out of the holder and would lose connection if I hit a medium sized bump. I think I have overcome that problem with a minor modification the pod holder. It will not seem to allow full volume to the vehicle audio system.
Summary: If you have an aux input this is a great unit. I would recommend it even tought it's a touch pricy. You get what you pay for.
