  • "Great product if you have AUX or a cassette deck"
    on by tawk519

Pros Don't have to touch the iPod, remote works great.

Cons non yet, except the velcro wrap around the wheel can be bothersome.

Summary Your picture shows the remoted on the OUTSIDE of the steering wheel. This is so odd. Place it on the INSIDE of the wheel! I will try to make a dash mount, using a couple of washers that the remote will stick to (it is magnetized.

  • "Absolutely terrible"
    on by edubsdad

Pros Solid and aesthetically pleasing design

    Cons Terrible, terrible, terrible sound.

Summary I bought for $70 at bigbox store based on some positive reviews and looking at other products. Superficially it seemed very nice but it is one of the worst products I have ever purchased. The 'adjustable' arm is extremely inflexible. There is horrible background static when my ipod is connected to the charger base and the auxillary line is connected through the charger arm or directly to the ipod. The static resolves when I remove the ipod from the base so it is not my ipod or the line. I will be taking it back tomorrow. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN QUALITY SOUND DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!

  • "Great product with some minor drawbacks."
    on by donmclachlan

Pros I really like the way it holds the iTouch, The stick is sturdy and versatile and the remote works great.

Cons The iTouch will shake loose out of the holder and would lose connection if I hit a medium sized bump. I think I have overcome that problem with a minor modification the pod holder. It will not seem to allow full volume to the vehicle audio system.

Summary If you have an aux input this is a great unit. I would recommend it even tought it's a touch pricy. You get what you pay for.
